The Downsman is a former pub on Hangleton Way on the Hangleton estate in Hove. It was built in 1956 to serve the northern part of the Hangleton estate. An area of unused open land, owned by the pub, always surrounded it. It closed in 2014 and was demolished in 2018 to make way for housing.
