Lady's Magazine, or Entertaining Companion for the Fair Sex, Appropriated Solely to Their Use and Amusement, was a monthly British women's magazine published from 1770 to 1847.

Began in August 1770, printed monthly, with its First Series continuing until 1819.

Its Second Series ran from 1820 to 1829, followed by an Improved Series from 1830 to 1832.

It merged with the Lady's Monthly Museum in 1832 as the Lady's Magazine and Museum of the Belles Lettres, Fine Arts, Music, Drama, Fashions, etc., which ceased publication in 1847.

Not to be confused with the Ladies' Magazine published in Boston, Massachusetts.
