Its doctrine is, "Do that which is right." ULC offers anyone an ordination to become a minister free of charge. Under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, ordinations are recognized as legal in all 50 U.S. States. The ordination information must be recorded at the Universal Life Church International Headquarters in Modesto, California.
