The Vizhinjam Cave temple is an 8th-century rock-cut Hindu temple near Thiruvanathapuram (Trivandrum). It is small but notable as the site with one of the earliest known Dakshinamurthy statues of Kerala. Further, it is rare in being the Veenadhari form of Dakshinamurti, and also for being placed in the sanctum in contrast to the Kerala and Tamil Nadu tradition of placing him on the southern outer wall of the vimana.

The Vizhinjam Cave temple is also significant for the four-armed Tripurantaka relief on the outer left side of the sanctum, and the Nataraja-Parvati couple that is more eroded or incomplete. The site has some additional minor carvings.
