I suggest create:
- Category:2007-05, for events and media from may 2007
- Category:2007-06, for events and media from june 2007 and so on. —the preceding unsigned comment is by Mac (talk • contribs)
- Subcategories for months within years seems quite reasonable to me, and we already have some. However we need to decide how to name them. I notice for example that we have Category:January 2005. I like your suggested use of numbers rather than month names, as that is more language neutral. However we name categories, the naming should be standardized.
