Any objections to the rename from Animal sex to Sex in animals?

Because it's the parallel-cat of "Sex in humans" :) so it's maybe more aesthetic. and of course "Animal sex" can be a redirect. Orrlingtalk 07:55, 18 October 2013 (UTC)

Your attitude is incivil, just saying nicely as a start cause you might not be seeing it; having said that, formatting of category names' wording is highly significant here on Wiki and we regularly strive to keep titles of sister-cats similarly formulated, hence the proposal and I hope you find this explanation now sufficient. You might have seen that the rename tag is no longer on the category page, it was removed a couple of weeks ago and it was probably justified since indeed there had been an opposition down here; I would be happy to have "Category:Sex in humans" and the animal sex category somehow aligned in the level of name format. "sex" is not the same as "mating"

Sex is a biological trait that determines an individual's reproductive function, usually male or female. I think this category and all subcategories should be named "Animal mating" or something similar.Bagous (talk) 21:17, 13 January 2022 (UTC)
