Is it a free for all?

I've found images of goats, cows, cats, eggs and even self portraits of users in this category. Is there no guideline stating what we can upload and what we can't? Something like notability or NPOV or whatever... else, it's becoming a real free for all. - Aditya Kabir 14:34, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
