Exif saying Date and time of digitizing: 14:13, 15 February 2011 and 240x240 dpi

identified as a most original/high-res version at commons

Source: seems to be http://www.denveroldwest.com/ow-billytk.html =404 > .jpg=404 , with site still up

with   ...png as a commons-conversion to PNG with slightly less nominal resolution.
