These Cyrillic letters should not be categorised for every country, because the serbian letters look different.

The larger and less detailed images can easily be transformed to SVG images through Inkscape's Trace Bitmap function (by Peter Selinger). Inkscape is OpenSource (f.ex. gratis) at http://www.inkscape.org/ and is ported to Linux, Windows and MacOSX. Make Wikimedia and the Internet Data Commune a service and convert one and another bitmap image to SVG now and then! No huge effort but a great gain. Rursus 07:24, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
