add Category:French diacritics

Looks like this category was magically added, just by waiting. Now all that remains is to fill it up with the rest of the French diacritics Ottawahitech (talk) 16:16, 24 March 2021 (UTC)

I did my best to populate Category:French diacritics which was recently created. However I am not a French speaker, so I might have made mistakes. Please check the category and change/update. Your help is appreciated. Thanks in advance, Ottawahitech (talk) 22:30, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
