De stricto, Parker is a New Hampshireman born and bred. However, being that of an innovator, his career was mainly at the top levels of education. The post that he held in Massachusetts was an important one: Superintendant of Boston Schools. He held similar posts in a few other states. Therefore I am letting him be from Massachusetts as well as from the other states, although, frankly, it seems a questionable case. You can't be from everywhere, logically speaking.Botteville (talk) 00:12, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
