It's NOT Carver Bridge!

Near the southeast end of causeway by which New York State Route 301 crosses West Branch Reservoir,a New York State historic marker headlined "Carver Bridge" discusses a wooden structure by that name that existed some distance away before the West Branch was dammed to form the reservoir.In recent years,people who have only read the title line of that marker and not its text have come under the misapprehension that the stone causeway itself is Carver Bridge.I have removed this claim from the article on the road,but I can't retitle the .jpg file...could someone do that?--L.E./12.144.5.2 01:54, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
