What is the definition of this cat? Seems to be redundant to me. Or should all textlogos with PD-textlogo be in here? ;-) All those are somehwat "simple". Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 13:53, 5 December 2011 (UTC)
- Text logo has become a catch-all category, unfortunately, meaning "a logo that contains text, but probably has complexities that exceed the threshold of originality, but either isn't brought up for deletion, or is nominated but somehow consensus says to keep it." Simple text logo is synonymous with wordmark, and should use its more restrictive definition: a logo that is a distinctly-styled text-only form of the name of a company, institution, or product.
