Hello, I have some YouTube questions ==

Hi, I'm new to the group. I found CC videos on youtube, which I want to use on my website. The videos were claimed by content ID before, which I could not use that to edit in the YouTube editor. However this week they removed the claim and just direct the page to YouTube's description about Creative Commons usage and practices. Still, the videos remain CC BY and still cannot be edited. I wonder if I could still use the video? Will it happen that they might withdraw again and I may not use those videos after?
