General story:

The images have allready been uploaded by the archive however with names such as File:GA32001.jpg and no image specific description. These descriptions are however available as on open dataset in a csv-file. I've written a script to add the descriptions, and also have more descriptive titles ready to replace the images with, for this I still have to write something, but granted filemoving rights for an hour for the bot I should be able to do this. I've contacted the archive about the issues and they know that I'm planning on adding the descriptions. these changes are descriptive of what I plan on doing, I replace all the contents of the description. I believe only a little bit is lost with this because not much image specific edits have been done. The content added substantially outweighs any potential information lost.
