Not that important: Could your but use a more clear upload-summary? Currently it looks like it is using the upload form through index.php. API allows you to specify a separate edit-summary without gibberish.
Also not really important: If you have SVG output and MediaWiki renders this correctly, it's the preferred file format.
Even if not required, an English description and a separate category would be nice.
IMHO the Date=-field is missing. Just use the first day of the week.
