Modèles relatifs à la Suède

Ces modèles sont principalement prévus pour

• certaines œuvres suédoises couramment utilisées qui peuvent être librement utilisées en raison de l'expiration de leurs droits d'auteur et
• certaines œuvres des autorités qui n'ont jamais bénéficié de la protection par le droit d'auteur ou qui ont été diffusées par l'autorité en question.

{{PD-Sweden-photo}} est destiné aux photos suédoises plus anciennes dont les droits d'auteur ont expiré (remarquez la différence entre les œuvres photographiques et les images photographiques).

{{Insignia-Sweden}} est un avertissement pour des images d'armes héraldiques suédoises : les insignes sont protégés par la législation, indépendamment des droits d'auteur. Ce n'est qu'en lien avec ces derniers que les armes sont sous une licence libre.

This photograph is in the public domain in Finland, because either a period of 50 years has elapsed from the year of creation or the photograph was first published before 1966. The section 49a of the Finnish Copyright Act (404/1961, amended 607/2015) specifies that photographs not considered to be "works of art" become public domain 50 years after they were created. The 50 years from creation protection period came into force in 1991. Before that the protection period was 25 years from the year of first publication according to the §16 of the law of protection of photographs of 1961. Material already released to public domain according to the 1961 law remains in public domain, and therefore all photographs (but not photographic works of art) released before 1966 are in the public domain. The document containing the decision or statement has been uploaded to Wikimedia Commons at [[:Error: |source=file name not specified.]] This template does not apply to postage stamps first published after 1989. Because Posti- ja telelaitos was changed from an authority to a company in the beginning of 1990, postage stamps published by Posti- ja telelaitos were not anymore part of decisions by an authority. Most probably the copyright owner of postage stamps published after 1989 are Itella Oyj or the designer of them. All postage stamps first published after 1989 marked with this tag should be speedily deleted.
