- Info The railway station at Albury, NSW, has one of the longest platforms in the southern hemisphere. I shot at midday to try and capture the mood of the Australian summer.

- Oppose I'd prefer something like this, preferably in morning light. I think the station building is too pretty to not include it in the picture. --Kabelleger (talk) 18:27, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose Nothing special here. I don't find the perspective convincing, the right part is to prominent.--Jebulon (talk) 21:55, 30 November 2015 (UTC)

- Oppose It does capture a hot summer day well. But that alone doesn't distinguish it from so many other pictures of tracks converging with a few cars on them, seen from just overhead downline from a station. It's a QI, but not striking enough to be an FP (the picture Kabellerger linked to, OTOH, has me asking why it hasn't been nominated for FP). And if the long platform is meant to be something we're supposed to take note of here, the image fails because it isn't the first thing we think of. Daniel Case (talk) 03:15, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- I withdraw my nomination Thanks for the detailed feedback. I'll keep those points in mind next time. -- Thennicke (talk) 10:16, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
