Neutral The flash is really strong because not much light got in to begin with (f/16, ISO 800, that's f/25 and iso 1200 on a Full Frame to put things in perspective). I wonder if this narrow aperture was needed since the subject is mainly flat, but maybe you didn't have time to carefully choose. Comment Shapening artefacts removed now, thanks. The butterfly is not at right angles to the camera, so need as much DoF as possible. These guys rest on the ground for a short period of time and it's really tricky to get the whole butterfly in focus. I have to preset the settings.
