Support -- Otherwise I will get scolded :-) More seriously, I think it's a very good picture and it has a very good encyclopedic value. Sanchezn20:04, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Info Actually, I was about to self nominate it after I saw the picture below. Nicolas insisted to do it himself. Following an advice from Alvesgaspar, I had some annoying part on lower right corner cloned out on this version. Benh20:10, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose Crisp, nice light and composition. But the 'under construction crane' is a real eyesore though in my opinion and kills the wow. A real pity as you had no influence on its presence (I suppose). -- Slaunger20:18, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
No unfortunately (it's there on the below pic too :)), but I thought it wasn't that annoying. Nicolas is working on it right now to clone it out... I'm pretty much against this kind of manipulations though. Benh20:29, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I understand your concern about the cloning. I have some reservations as well, but in this case it is perhaps OK since it is a fairly small object that needs to be cloned away in a sky region. Just remember to add the retouched template. Maybe you could nominate it as another edit to get some second opinions? -- Slaunger20:38, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
SupportTrès fantastique. I think the crane really wasn't that big a deal, but this one does look that tiny little bit better. Great image. Doo-dle-doo20:17, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose sorry to disagree, but the chopping out of the crane left some blurred part. I can see a vague halo where the crane was. Maybe a quality image, but it kills the FP --Jollyroger11:52, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Question I looked again carefully, and really don't see any kind of halo or whatever. Could you be more precise or eventually spot me the litigous area (coordinates or any other mean) ? If there really is something wrong, I'd like to fix, FP or not. Thanks. Benh17:59, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I'm with Benh. I don't see a halo. And is the crane really an FP killer, even if it were never cloned out in the first place? JaGa19:09, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I don't see any trace of a halo either. Concerning the question about the crane, I suggest you give a support vote to the original version, if you prefer the original. In that manner you can influence which version is the preferred one. -- Slaunger20:46, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
They could. I think however that this is true to what I saw. I prefer leaving the picture as it. It has undergone enough edits for now ;) Benh18:31, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
