  • Nomination Front roof edge of farmhouse at Kelvin A. Lewis farm in Creeds --PumpkinSky 00:00, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Withdrawn
  •   Oppose Sorry, but it's a bit noisy and not sharp enough. Maybe you try to reduce a size? Tournasol7 00:13, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  •   Support By no stretch of the imagination I see any noise in this image, which was taken at a super low ISO 64. Good quality. -- Johann Jaritz 03:28, 23 December 2017 (UTC) (edit conflict with Johann Jaritz....I was trying to post this): " Tournasol, maybe my old eyes are failing me but I don't see any noise. ISO was 64, which in my experience is where most noise comes from. I'd like more opinions please." PumpkinSky 03:32, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  •   Comment I don't see any noise, but at 100% it looks unsharp all over the image (due to camera shake at 1/13s). Yes, taking sharp images with the D850 is a burden and I happen to have a Nikon 17-35mm f/2.8 lying around which can't do the D850 justice, so I can never nominate any of the images I took with that lens mounted on my D850. Have you tried micro-adjusting the AF of your 24-70? --Granada 16:03, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  •   Comment If it were just the lens, wouldn't that happen on every photo? It's possible I bumped tripod. Or it may have been a gust of wind as it was a rather windy day. I've read about auto fine tune AF but not done it as knowing me I'd make focus even worse. PumpkinSky 21:09, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  •   CommentYou're right, can't be the lens, your todays' nominations are tack sharp so I set this on discuss as it is blurry to my not so old eyes. --Granada 05:36, 24 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  •   Oppose Too unsharp for Q1 --Michielverbeek 16:04, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
