  • Nomination Hymenoptera on Asteraceae flowers. by Paulo rsmenezes -- Jaceron 23:07, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
  • Decline
  •   Support Good quality. --Seven Pandas 00:02, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
  • Jaceron, the photo is good quality, but you need to identify the flower and insect on the file page, and your categories must be as specific as possible. I'll give you a day or two to do that, and then I'll send this to Consensual Review. -- Ikan Kekek 07:54, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Oppose because an unidentified insect on an unidentified flower is not to my understanding a QI. And it's important to identify them on the file, not so much in the nomination, because the file is what users will be searching for. -- Ikan Kekek 16:25, 30 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Oppose To be a QI, an image needs to be properly categorized.--Peulle 11:18, 3 February 2020 (UTC)

Oppose Can we discuss this one? I really like it but the quality is not very good --Podzemnik 02:52, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Comment - I'm not sure how to judge this photo. QI is mainly about technical proficiency, but this is a really good photo, it's just not at all excellent by traditional criteria of sharpness. But those criteria are normally what rule QIC. -- Ikan Kekek 08:15, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Support I rate the choice of depth of field as a feature. The photo is not blurred and there are perfectly sharp areas, just not everywhere. --Smial 22:37, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Comment - I'm not seeing any areas I'd consider perfectly sharp. Are you considering the nearest pillars are very sharp? -- Ikan Kekek 11:04, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
  • The sharpness in the right half of the image is imo ok. That's my vote. Feel free to oppose. -- Smial 13:16, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Comment - I won't necessarily vote; I just wanted to find out how you're viewing the photo, or I wouldn't have asked. -- Ikan Kekek 14:49, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Weak oppose A very impressive image. I'd think, the focus should be rather on the far right part, but not in the center part, as it is. The two people and the pillars near them look a little bit blurry. Greetings --Dirtsc 08:43, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Weak support per all the things said above. More a case for Featured picture than for Quality image ;–). --Aristeas 09:27, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Comment - I think I agree with this. I can't decide whether it's a QI or not, so I'm just respecting the consensus here, but I would vote for it at FPC if it were nominated there. -- Ikan Kekek 16:34, 30 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Oppose Good picture but not in good Quality.--Ermell 08:16, 31 January 2020 (UTC)

Oppose Insufficient quality. Sorry. IMO not sharp enough. --XRay 05:37, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Support Imho good enough. --Smial 22:52, 26 January 2020 (UTC)
  •   Oppose The unsharpness of the text in the left part is too disturbing. Greetings --Dirtsc 08:46, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
