Reason	New in "Commons", alone in scope. This is the crown of the queens of Bavaria, between 1806 and 1918. It was made in Paris, by the jewelers of Napoleon, as the bavarian electorate was erected into a kingdom by him, after the fall of the german Holy Roman Empire. I think it has a kind of educational and historical value, and a good technical quality. Therefore I've also nominated it in FPC. -- Jebulon (talk)
