Welcome to the Wikimedia Commons portal for Wiki Loves Earth in Morocco!
Wiki Loves Earth (WLE) is an international photographic competition to promote natural heritage sites around the World through Wikimedia projects (mainly Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons).
Morocco has already participated in Wiki Loves Earth 2017 and around 700+ pictures have been uploaded under creative commons license through this event. Everyone, be it a newbie or expert photographer can participate.
In May, you may upload as many picture as you want of identified natural monuments/natural parks/protected areas that you have visited. Pictures do not have to be taken in May, but must be uploaded that month to be considered for the competition. Provide your photo with {{Wiki Loves Earth 2018|ma}} template, and a short description. At the end of the month, the contest jury will begin evaluating the photographs and will choose the best 10 pictures of the natural sites in Morocco, and ultimately in the world.
