In my humble opinion, this page should be renamed as “Знакомьтесь с нашими фотографами” (better still would be “Знакомьтесь: наши фотографы”, but I guess the two colons in the full title “Commons:Знакомьтесь: наши фотографы” would look irritating). “Встречайте” corresponds to “welcome” or “receive”. The current page title reads much like “Our photographers arrive tomorrow, please go pick them up at King's Cross”.
Similarly, “Commons:Встречайте наших иллюстраторов” should be renamed as “Commons:Знакомьтесь с нашими иллюстраторами”.
