Why can I only upload works from Open Clip Art Library before 2019?

The list states: "Open Clip Art Library - Public domain drawings (only works before 9 January 2019)." But on the website all works are licenced with Creative Commons Zero 1.0 Public Domain License. So why only works before 9 January 2019? JopkeB (talk) 05:12, 18 June 2023 (UTC)

Can Freesvg.org be added to this list?

Free SVG offers public domain clipart content in SVG vector format. The licence for the uploads is CC0 1.0. Can this site be added to the list? JopkeB (talk) 05:52, 18 June 2023 (UTC)
