I don't know what this is going to be, but I think I had the same idea. I didn't get around to writing it yet, but it was going to be called "Commons sense". The thing that we run on. Not only would it be like a Commons form of w:WP:IAR, where common sense is the only real policy, but also in the sense that this project works more on common practices, or Commons practices, than written policy.
