BURRO IS RED, WITH A GREEN AREA BELOW HIM FOR GRASS. TIED TO THE TOP OF THE CARD WITH WHITE STRING IS A MAILING LABEL. FROM "BILL AND BE..." (STAMPS COVER REST OF NAME). SENT TO "RALPH L. MILLER, CO. TREAS. OFFICE, EUREKA, KANS." HAS TWO 1.5 CENT STAMPS. POSTMARKED 1951.
