English: Mayor Dever, other city official, and representatives of the school and the Chicago Association of Commerce yesterday at a luncheon in the Great Northern helped to plan out Chicago's annual clean-up- paint-up campaign, which will be help this year from April 21 to May 3. Those at the speakers' table left to right are: Miss Hortense Parker, faculty adviser, Bowen High school; Mayor Dever, Raymond P. Ensign, chairman of the Chicago Association of Commerce committee, and William McAndrew, superintendent of Chicago's public schools
