Italiano: Coltello sardo molto simile per struttura alla Pattada, questo però è originario di Arbus, nell'entroterra dell'isola Italiana (verso cagliari). Ad Arbus vi è anche il museo del coltello sardo in Via Roma 15. Si è diffuso anche in centro italia. Come per la pattada anche il coltello di Arbus è caratterizzato da molti rivetti, in questo modello 4 ma spesso sono 5 o addirittura 6.
