Deutsch: Museum am Schloss Raesfeld:

Das Museum zeigt die Dauerausstellung "Raesfeld 1939 bis 1945". In dieser Ausstellung wird das Leben der Dorfbevölkerung in der Zeit des II. Weltkriegs gezeigt, abseits der großen Politik, der Alltag.

Auch wenn man schon andere Heimatmuseen des westlichen Münsterlandes kennt - auf einen Besuch in diesem sollte man auf keinen Fall verzichten. Grundlage für die in Westfalen einmalige Ausstellung ist die in Jahrzehnten zusammengetragene zeitgeschichtliche Sammlung des Heimatvereins. Dem Raesfelder Fotografen Ignaz Böckenhoff (1911-1994) ist der Heimatverein zu großem Dank verpflichtet ist. Böckenhoff hat als hiesiger Dorfchronist die Ereignisse der damaligen Zeit aufmerksam verfolgt und auf Zelluloid gebannt. Der größte Teil der Ausstellung wird durch seine Fotografien geprägt, mittels einzigartiger Bilddokumente aus einer verhängnisvollen Zeit.
