Magyar: Az 1747-ben felépült ádándi római katolikus templom főoltára, 18. századi barokk munka. A gazdagon díszített, korinthoszi oszlopokkal és koronázópárkánnyal tagozott oltáron tört ívű záradékkal Mária mennybemenetelének domborműve látható, kétoldalt Szent István és Szent László szobraival. Az oltár oromzatán Szentháromság-kompozíció, ami a Boldogasszony-faragvánnyal egy kompozíciót alkotva Mária megkoronázását is megjeleníti. A menzán tabernákulum, tetején Alexandriai Szent Katalin és Szent Borbála kisméretű szobraival, a tabernákulum volutaszalagjain püspökfigurák.
English: The main altar of the Roman Catholic church of Ádánd, Hungary, built in 1747. Tha richly decorated altar is an 18th-century Baroque work, with Corinthian columns and cornice, the altarpiece relief depicts the Assumption of Mary, flanked on either side by statues of Saint Stephen I of Hungary and Saint Ladislaus. On the upper part of the altar a composition of the Holy Trinity can be seen, which, together with the Virgin Mary's carving, also depicts the Coronation of Mary. The tabernacle topped with small statues of Saint Catherine of Alexandria and Sain Barbara, and on the tabernacle's volute figures of bishops stand. |
