Description
English: Development of the tracheal system in a homozygous γCOP10 mutant embryo expressing the γCOP cDNA LP01448 by means of the Gal4/UAS system in tracheal cells (UAS-γCOP). Anterior is to the left and dorsal to the top. The tracheal cells express αCat-GFP. The images were acquired at 2 min intervals. Tracheal system development is normal. However, dorsal closure is incomplete.
