Завод не принадлежал "большой" фирме братьев Бромлей - он был построен Николаем Эдуардовичем Бромлеем на выделенные отцом капиталы, и действовал независимо от фирмы. Рекламная открыта (проспект?) 1894-1895 годов. Фактически были построены только красное здание в центре, эллинг и расположенный правее него жилой дом. Уходящие вдаль цеха - нереализованные планы. |
