Description
English: На данном микропрепарате можно увидеть ядро,цитоплазму,клеточную мембрану и оболочку. Так же можно увидеть межклеточное пространство.

Методика изготовления: 1.Взять препарат покровных клеток (сделать надрез, подцепить пинцетом,положить препарат на предметное стекло.) 2 Нанести 1 каплю иммерсионного масла. (если необходимо окрасить-провести окрашивание и фиксацию, а потом нанести иммерсионное масло.) 3 Поместить микропрепарат на предметный столик. Аккуратно опустить иммерсионный объектив.

4 Отрегулировать яркость,чёткость,положение конденсора.
