«Гранітно-степове Побужжя» - одне із семи природних чудес України, яке в 2009 р. отримало статус національного природного парку під назвою «Бузький Гард». Окремі ділянки залишилися в складі регіонального ландшафтного парку "Гранітно-степове Побужжя". Надзвичайно мальовничими є ділянки каньйоноподібної долини біля сел Мигія, Грушівка, м. Южноукраїнськ, урочище Протіч (Інтеграл), окремі скелі – Компанійська, Кременчуг, Пугач та ін. Викликає здивування і захоплення Актівський каньйон, пам’ятки степового лісорозведення - заповідні урочища «Лабіринт», «Василева пасіка». На р. Південний Буг в околицях м. Южноукраїнськ є визначне місце - об’єкт культурної спадщини “Історичний ландшафт центру Буго-Гардівської паланки Війська Запорозького”.
