Саат-кулата е еден од трите културно-историски споменици во Гостивар и се наоѓа и на општинските грб и знаме, изградена е во 1728/29 година од Исмаил Ага, син на Хаџи Јусуф ага, запишани на османлиско-турски јазик на камена плоча што се наоѓа над влезната врата , се наоѓа во центарот на градот,а веднаш до неа постои џамија наречена „саат-џамија“ (џамија „саат Ебу Бекир паша“) која е обновена во поново време
