Опис штандарта Голови Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій

Штандартом Голови Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій (далі – штандарт) є біле полотнище розміром 90 х 90 см, закріплене на дерев’яному древку чорного кольору висотою 250 см. У центрі полотнища розміщено зображення емблеми Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій. Висота емблеми становить 2/3 ширини полотнища. По периметру полотнища – лиштва золотистого кольору у вигляді орнаменту з дубового та калинового листя. Краї полотнища, крім верхнього, прикрашено бахромою золотистого кольору. Сторони полотнища ідентичні. Верхівка древка стріловидна з жовтого металу, у центрі якої вміщено малий Державний Герб України. Поле щита малого Державного Герба України покрито емаллю синього кольору. Полотнище прикріплюється до основи верхівки древка за допомогою шнура, з’єднаного з дерев’яним стрижнем, вміщеним у верхньому краї полотнища.

Підток древка жовтого металу у вигляді зрізаного конуса.
