В 1 км от усадьбы проходит шоссе Москва - Симферополь. На севере, северо-востоке и северо-западе ООПТ граничит с Тульскими засеками (земли Гослесфонда), на юге и юго-востоке — с сельхозугодьями, на востоке — с территорией Яснополянской больницы, Щёкинский район, Тульская область
