עברית: ייחודיות עיצובית ותכנון המרחב הציבורי באזור העסקים של בני ברק.
מגדל בר כוכבא תוכנן מתוך תפישה אורבנית המקדמת שילוב בין המגדל לסביבתו. המגדל תוכנן כמבנה "מרחף" מעל למפלס הרחוב, עובדה היוצרת מפגש רך ולא מאסיבי שלו עם המרחב הציבורי, המתבטא בתכנון רחבה עירונית בבסיסו. מבחינה אורבנית, הכיכר מהווה סיום לרחוב המכבים, שמתחיל מדרך אם המושבות ומסתיים במפגש עם רחוב בר כוכבא למרגלות המגדל. המאסה הבנויה של מגדל בר כוכבא פורקה למספר נפחים בקווים אנכיים, המקנים למגדל תחושת גובה ותמירות לצד מופע ויזואלי ייחודי המעצים את ייחודיות המגדל בסביבת משרדים תחרותית. |
