العربية: ظلت الهند بثقافتها وتقاليدها وتصوفها على مدى قرون طويلة قبلة للأجانب الذين كانوا ينظرون إليها كمقصد سياحي متميز ومكان لتعلم الفنون القديمة. أما اليوم، فالكثير منهم يولي الهند اهتماماً خاصاً نظراً لاقتصادها المزدهر الذي يتيح لهم التكسب والعيش في الهند بشكل دائم. هناك أسباب كثيرة تدفع الأجانب لزيارة الهند والاستقرار بها مثل العمل في الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات والمنظمات غير الحكومية وإقامة المشروعات والزواج من هنود. يتناول فيلم "الهند اختياراً" حياة عدد من هؤلاء المغتربين الذين اختاروا الهند وطناً لهم والذين أصبحوا جزءاً من البلاد. ويعرض الفيلم رحلاتهم وخبراتهم التي دعمت علاقتهم بالهند وزادت إعجابهم بها.
