عمارت زیبا و مستحکم شهرداری تبریز به مساحت 9600 مترمربع در محل گورستان کوی نوبر با زیربنای 6500 متر ساخته شده است. این بنا دارای یک برج ساعت 4 صفحهای به ارتفاع 4/30 متر است که در هر 15 دقیقه آوای زنگ آن گذشت زمان را اعلام میدارد.نمای خارجی این بنا از سنگ میباشد و نقشۀ ساختمان، شبیه عقاب در حال پرواز است که با نمونۀ ساختمانهای کشور آلمان در قبل از جنگ جهانی دوم، مطابقت دارد. |
