中文（臺灣）：此圖以日文翻譯為太魯閣的瀑布(tarokonotaki)，可以看見當時的人們在瀑布旁休憩的樣貌。太魯閣公園山地地形約占了全區的78%，而坡度55%以上的地區則占了園區面積的45%左右。水系大致以中央山脈作為其分水嶺，東側為立霧溪集水區，而少部分屬於木瓜溪或三棧溪流域。太魯閣全區南、北地勢均相當地高聳，中央地帶則在兩板塊間碰撞交界，且為太平洋西岸之亞熱帶颱風豪雨的區域範圍，因而有著錯綜複雜的地質現象。同時，在此進行的造山運動與立霧溪的下切作用形成了奇特之高山、峽谷，再經由水流流經其上，形成了許多小型瀑布的景觀地形。此影像收錄於2016年（民國105年）由花蓮文史工作者葉柏強先生撰寫、花蓮縣文化局出版的《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，書中收錄了大量花蓮在地的歷史影像，如老照片、繪葉書、宣傳摺頁、郵戳樣式等，是深入花蓮文史的重要書籍。 |
