日本語: 1936年(昭和11年)に刊行された『宇川郷報』創刊号
English: The first issue of Ukawagō hō (1936), or the Local Bulitten of Ukawa district, north of Kyōto. The locality was famous for sending out "tōji", or seasonal laborors since the 1770s, during winter. They were commissioned by those sake rice wine manufacturers in present day Fushimi, Kyōto and Nada, Hyōgo; tōji from Ukawa included both labor hands as well as the chief responsible for each batch of sake.
