中文：中華民國駐巴拉圭周麟大使夫婦於4月25日晚間11時40分，飛抵巴京亞松森國際機場，巴拉圭政府派出外交部禮賓司司長夫婦接機。僑務委員曹水勝夫婦、亞松森中華會館理事長洪振盛夫婦、僑務諮詢委員李復淵等僑領，隨同大使館全體同仁一起歡迎周大使夫婦蒞臨。

因機場管制區空間有限，為免影響其他旅客通關，另有僑務顧問謝德俊夫婦、僑務顧問暨巴拉圭中正學校監事長許德明夫婦、亞松森基督教臺語教會鄭慶隆長老夫婦、巴拉圭一貫道總會會長蔣清安、慈濟基金會亞松森聯絡處全體委員等僑團代表，一直守候在機場入境大廳。等到周大使夫婦一出現，紛紛湧上表達僑界對周大使夫婦最熱情的歡迎，周大使夫婦親切與接機僑領及僑團代表一一握手致謝，場面溫馨。

對於僑界代表深夜守候接機，周大使夫婦表示深受感動；僑界人士對周大使夫婦的親和力也表示印象深刻。僑務委員曹水勝與亞松森中華會館理事長洪振盛表示，將於近日分別舉辦歡迎周大使履新餐會，藉以展現巴拉圭僑界對周大使的歡迎與支持。
