| Description |
中文（臺灣）：位於左營下路舊城國小後側的步道，長約263公尺，北起店仔頂路，南迄左營下路，於2005年1月被市府定名為歷史步道。在此歷史步道上有曾家精緻的老長屋，也有黃家屋脊上少見的辟邪物，從這舊時閩式建築的興衰，可窺見一個城市人民生活文化及經濟背景的演變。
步道周邊保有許多舊式合院式的建築與寺廟，一邊留有舊宅邸間狹長通道，通道牆面以紅磚斗砌成，巷弄內紅磚、古井、水協仔等散發出古典而優雅的氣氛；另一邊則是舊城國小排樓式建築圍牆，南側有農家圖的牛車、水缸；北側有左營歷史步道的召牌與舊社區模型。舊城國小校內還保留著鳳山舊城孔廟崇聖祠，並蒐集孔廟的下馬碑、鳳山縣學的臥碑等十方碑，極具文獻價值。 此步道雖不長但卻濃縮了現代、近代及古代建築的歷史，也見證了都市發展的演化。左營萬年季活動即是希望藉由對社區聚落歷史發展與歷史古蹟的瞭解，以及社區產業的實際操作，從而認識其所代表之時代意義與文化背景，並由此產生對高雄歷史的興趣。 |
