中文（繁體）：中華民國59年4月16日，一份由當年總統府秘書長張羣和參軍長黎玉璽呈給總統蔣中正的公文，主要是呈報關於泰源監獄囚犯劫械逃獄處理過程。文末，蔣中正親批紅字：「如此重大叛亂案，豈可以集中綠島管訓了事，應將此六犯判刑槍決。而賴張李等三犯，以警衛部隊士兵，而竟預聞逆謀不報，其罪難宥，應照法重處，勿誤。中正。」
