Description
English: Healing Qigong

Phoenix in Graceful Clouds of Blessing Qigong

Waving away illness

The Phoenix Qigong is a system of graceful motions imitating the rotation of heaven and earth directing internal energy to flow through fascia, joints and channels in connection with internal organs to maintain wellness and self healing.

Internal energy clears blockages in fascia, restores disorder in tendons, lubricates damaged joints, and therefore reduces different kinds of pain.

Energy flows through the twelve meridians improving internal organs to sustain immunity, bolster rejuvenation, endure metabolism, healing chronic illnesses, revitalizing deteriorated abilities, maintaining youthfulness. The internal balance drives away stress too.

Master Joe Lok, Taoist designate “Bright and Clear”, founder of the Phoenix in Graceful Clouds of Blessing Qigong, is the 20th generation inheritor of the Dragon Gate Taoist lineage and the 27th generation inheritor of the Wudang San Feng Natural Taoist lineage.

Master Lok has thousands of students and followers worldwide. His qigong is being passed on to help treat dementia, dyspraxia, MS and many other conditions which are not easy to cure, apart from the more common arthritis, sciatica, anxiety and chronic illnesses.
