Deutsch: Der Brückenbogen der römischen Pont d'Aël im Cognetal, einem Seitental des Aostatals in den italienischen Alpen. Die Aquäduktbrücke wurde 3 v. Chr. errichtet. Sie diente zur Bewässerung landwirtschaftlicher Flächen und der Erzwäsche nahegelegener Gold- und Eisenbergwerke.
English: The bridge arch of the Roman Pont d'Aël in the Cogne Valley, a side valley of the Aosta valley, Italian Alpes. The aqueduct bridge was built in 3 BC. It carried water to agricultural lands and to washings plants of nearby gold and iron mines.
