English: Madonna and Child and Saint Matronianus. 15th century (the Madonna) and 16th century (Saint Matronianus) fresco in the nave of San Nazaro Maggiore basilica in Milan. The Latin inscription commemorates the moving of this fresco from former Saint Matronianus chapel to the nave, in 1654. Picture by Giovanni Dall'Orto, May 5 2007.
